For all hair types, especially those with allergies and sensitive scalps. This bar does not contain essential oils and is thus fragrance-free. Doubles up as a mild body cleanser.

It contains anti-inflammatory and soothing shea butter, and cambrian blue & kaolin clays, which gently cleanse the scalp and impart volume to the hair, and panthenol (provitamin B5), which protects hair from damage and adds volume and shine.

This is not soap but a shampoo that matches the natural pH of the hair and scalp. You will not need an acidic rinse or transition period as with shampoo bars that are actually soaps.

Regular: 90 g, good for 60 washes.

Travel: 20 g, good for 10-20 washes.

Directions for use: To ensure it lasts for as long as possible, do not run your shampoo bar under running water, but rub it gently with wet hands. You only need a small amount of product each wash. Keep it in a cool, dry place and allow it to dry out between uses.

Note: The shampoo bars were formulated in the UK. From personally using the regular sized Fresh Start bar, I've found that it is best suited for a cooler climate. In Singapore, you may need to store your shampoo bar in the bedroom or in the fridge to maintain its hardness. Other than this, the shampoo bar effectively cleanses and controls scalp sebum production. The conditioner bars are completely fine and do well in our hot climate.
